The YOGATREK arise with the idea of taking Yoga classes to the natural environment, abandoning the idea of the typical Yoga class in a closed area. Through the association of Picos Outdoor with Tytoni Yoga , and with the aim of uniting and enjoying Yoga and the Mountain, YOGATREK ASTURIAS arises.

Our idea was to bring the practice of Yoga to natural spaces , creating a very attractive activity in which the participants could enjoy two activities at the same time that we believe complement each other perfectly, such as Hiking or Trekking and Yoga. . In view of the satisfaction of the participants, we believe that we have achieved it, since both activities feed off each other, benefiting from each other and we love as much as they do doing Yoga on the grass , with the sound of cow bells and other animals and with the Mountains as a backdrop. It is an incomparable and very enriching experience for the body and mind that we advise you to enjoy.

During the Yogatrek we carry out different exercises such as asanas, pranayamas, meditation,... during the journey a programmed route that is usually of medium and low level, since we intend that the main activity is Yoga, although we will take you to places that you will love . In addition, we will try to plan activities to observe events  at different times of the year, like meteor showers,  the arrival of autumn in the woods, etc.

We carry out different types of YOGATREK, both for one day and for several days, spending the night in tents under the stars and also in Mountain Refuges, so you can choose the one that best suits you .

It includes:

• Certified Mountain Guide Service with AEGM-UIMLA accreditation.

• Certified Hatha Yoga teacher .

• Collective security material.

• Accident insurance and RC.

• Picos tents Outdoor for Yogatrek with bivouac.

• Half Board (overnight, breakfast and dinner) in the Yogatrek with overnight in refuges / hostels.

The routes may be altered depending on the weather conditions, and/or other types of circumstances, always thinking about the safety of the group.
