ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP TREK
With a total duration of 12 days, we will live an experience that we will remember all our lives, visiting one of the most beautiful countries in the world, nestled in the Himalayas, to carry out one of the most spectacular trekking that can be done, visiting the Annapurnas Circus, one of the most impressive places in the Himalayas, with views that are hard to beat towards the impressive peaks Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219 m), Machapuchhre (6993 m) and Hiunchuli (6441 m).
The trekking of Annapurna Base Camp It is a demanding route, but more because of the maximum altitude that we will reach, 4,130 meters above sea level, than by its distance or daily unevenness. At the Annapurna base camp, we will have a day of rest and exploration to enjoy this wonderful place. To finish this trekking, we will enjoy a free day in the beautiful and ancient city of Kathmandu.
Program:
Meeting point: Kathmandu airport. Duration: 12 days.
Day 1: Arrive to Kathmandu. Transfer to The Address hotel (***) or similar, on a bed and breakfast basis. Briefing and free afternoon in Kathmandu to visit the city, change rupees,…
Day 2: Transfer to Kathmandu airport. I fly to Pokhara about 9AM. Road transfer to Nayapul, starting point of our trekking to Ulleri. Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 4-5 Hours. Altitude: 1,900 m.
Day 3: Trekking from Ulleri in a day of ascent through dense forests, up to Ghorepani, where we will enjoy beautiful views of the Himalayas. Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 5-6 Hours. Altitude: 2,750 m.
Day 4: We will get up early to ascend to Poon Hill (3,210m) and enjoy an unforgettable sunrise. We return to the lodge to have breakfast and continue our trek to Chuile. Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 6-7 Hours. Altitude: 2,500 m.
Day 5: Today our journey will be a seesaw to reach Sinuwa, where we will stay and we will enjoy some beautiful views towards the mountains. Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 6-7 Hours. Altitude: 2,360 m.
Day 6: Day to gain altitude and enjoy the views to reach Deurali,where we will stay Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 6-7 Hours. Altitude: 3,210 m.
Day 7: Arrival day at Annapurna Base Camp, a circus surrounded by impressive mountains and one of the most impressive places in the Himalayas, the spectacular Annapurna Sanctuary, where we will enjoy its views and spend the night. Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 7-8 Hours. Altitude: 4,130 m.
Day 8: We will get up early forenjoy a beautiful sunrise at the Annapurna Base Camp. After breakfast we will descend from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo following the Modi khola valley. Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 7-8 Hours. Altitude: 2,310 m.
Day 9: We continue descending passing through the Khuldighar farm, beautiful forests of Rhododendrons and bamboo. From Chomrong, after a steep descent, we will reach Jhindu Danda, where we will enjoy its hot springs and spend the night. Lodging in Lodge with full board.
Time: 6-7 Hours. Altitude: 1,710 m.
Day 10: Final day of the trekking with arrival in Nayapul and transfer by road to Pokhara. Afternoon free to relax and rest. Accommodation at The Trekkers Inn hotel or similar, on a bed and breakfast basis.
Time: 3-4 Hours. Altitude: 820m.
Day 11: Flight of Pokhara to Kathmandu. Transfer to The Address hotel (***) or similar, on a bed and breakfast basis. Free afternoon and farewell dinner.
Day 12: Transfer to Kathmandu airport and end of our services.
