During 11 days, we will live the experience of carrying out two activities that complement each other perfectly, such as Yoga and trekking, in the best possible scenario, such as the route to the Everest Base Camp, in Nepal and carrying out activities that we will remember all our lives, such as visiting the Hospital and the School of the Edmund Hillary Foundation, or the unique experience of participating in a Puja in a Buddhist Monastery nestled in one of the most beautiful places you can imagine.

During this trekking combined with activities of Yoga such as pranayamas, asanas or meditation exercises, we will visit the land of Sherpa community, getting to know its people, going through its beautiful mountain villages, and enjoying unparalleled views of the highest and most beautiful mountains on the planet, such as the Ama Dablam, the formidable south wall of Lhotse, and of course, the Everest.

To end this incredible experience, we will enjoy a guided tour to choose between the stupa of Bouddhanah, to the temple of Pashupatinah or to the precious and thousand-year-old city of Bhaktapur, located in the Kathmandu Valley. A cultural trip, a spectacular trekking combined with Yoga and exclusive activities within a unique experience that you cannot miss.

Program:

Meeting point: Kathmandu airport.                       Duration: 11 days.

Day 1: Arrive to kathmandu. Transfer to The Address hotel (***) on a bed and breakfast basis. Briefing and free afternoon in Kathmandu to visit the city, change rupees,…

Day 2: Transfer to Kathmandu airport and flight to lukla, gateway to the Everest region and where we will meet with the entire trekking team. After a tea, from Lukla we start our first day of Trekking and Yoga until Phakding. Lodging in Lodge with full board.

Time: 3-4 Hours; Distance: 8 Km;  Ramp: 460 m. ; Altitude: 2,651 m.

Day 3: Spectacular trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, crossing several villages such as Benkar and Monjo, as well as several Tibetan bridges and crossing the entrance gate to the Sagarmatha National Park. Lodging in Lodge with full board.

Time: 6-7 Hours. ; Distance: 11 Km. ; Ramp: 940 m.  Altitude: 3,450 m.

Day 4: Day of acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. visit to Khunde Hospital and the Khumjung School, both from the Foundation Edmund hillary. Meeting with the Sherpa community and small trekking to the Everest View Hotel, with incredible views towards the Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam. Accommodation in Lodge with full board.

 

Day 5: Beautiful day of trekking from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche, crossing green forests and crossing caravans of Yaks, almost always with views towards the Everest, until reaching the precious Tengboche Monastery. Lodging in Lodge with full board.

Time: 6-7 Hours. ; Distance:10 Km. ; Ramp: 780 m.  Altitude: 3,820 m.

Day 6: Special and unforgettable day in Tengboche, participating in a Puja at the Buddhist Monastery. Lodging in Lodge with full board.

 

Day 7: Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar. Lodging in Lodge with full board.

Time: 5-6 Hours.  Distance: 10 Km. Ramp: - 780 m.  Altitude: 3,450 m.

 

Day 8: Trek from Namche Baazar to Lukla. Evening of celebration and farewell to the trekking team. Lodging in Lodge with full board.

Time: 6-7 Hours. Distance:18 Km. Ramp:- 930m.  Altitude: 2,860 m.

 

Day 9: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to The Address hotel. Accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis.

 

Day 10: Day of guided visit to choose between the stupa of Bouddhanah, to the temple of Pashupatinah or to the precious and thousand-year-old city of Bhaktapur, located in the Kathmandu Valley. Hotel The Address on a bed and breakfast basis.

 

Day 11: Transfer to Kathmandu airport and end of our services.

 

It includes:

  • Permission entry into the Everest National Park.

Grades:

  • It is essential to be in possession of thefederative cardthat covers the activity,or accident insurance with rescue and evacuation, which covers the activity.

  • The route may be altered depending on weather conditions, accommodation availability, flights, transfers and/or other circumstances, always thinking about thesecurityof the group.

  • Good physical shape. Mountain terrain with easy trails. Exposure at very high altitudes.
