For five days, we'll ascend strategic mountains, which surround the Picos de Europa and which are excellent viewpoints , both of the Picos de Europa and of the Cantabrian Mountains and even some of them, have the privilege of being, also excellent watchtowers where we can see the Cantabrian Sea and the beautiful Eastern Coast of Asturias . Each of the 5 days of trekking, there will be an ascent to a Peak.

For this trekking, there is the possibility of staying at the Casa Rural La Terraza de Onís . Perfectly located to move comfortably at the beginning of the trekkings.

Meeting point: Every day, at the starting point of the trekkings. Every day a meeting point can be agreed to optimize the use of vehicles.

 

Day 1: Mofrechu Peak.      Distance: 8 km.      Difference in altitude: + 458 m. - 458 m.

Day 2: Turbina Peak.         Distance: 11 km.    Difference in altitude: + 610 m. - 610 m.

​

Day 3: Hibeu Peak.            Distance: 12 km.    Difference in altitude: + 770 m. - 770 m.

​

Day 4: Pienzu Peak.           Distance: 12 km.    Difference in altitude: + 664 m. - 664 m.

​

Day 5: Pierzu Peak.            Distance: 10 km.    Difference in altitude: + 550 m. - 550 m.

 

Total distance: 55 km.        Total difference in altitude: + 3,452 m. - 3,452 m.

 

It includes:

• Mountain Guide Service titled and with AEGM-UIMLA accreditation.

• Collective security material.

The route can be altered depending on weather conditions, and / or other types of circumstances, always thinking about the group's safety. Both the order established in the program and the Peaks to be climbed may vary, and other similar peaks may be climbed, not included in the program.
